The Mach1 HV 130 is the benchmark for performance, fit and customization in the high-performance, high volume ski boot world. Grounded in the fundamentals of high-performance ski boot design, the HV 130 features T-Drive technology which is a revolutionary carbon fiber shell to cuff connection. T-Drive allows the boot to function in a much more efficient way, resulting in a smoother, more consistent flex, better performance and less energy required to ski at a high level. When you add the Asymmetrical Power Transmission shell and cuff design to the equation you get a precise and powerful boot that is completely at home charging down any type of terrain or snow condition the mountain can throw at you. Fit is priority number one in the HV 130 and Custom Adaptive Shape C.A.S. technology is the way we achieve it. Developed with a high volume, anatomically shaped shell and liner, the C.A.S. technology provides a great fit right out of the box but allows the boots to be fully customized if need be. The Mach 1 HV 130 is the go-to boot for the highest level, all-mountain chargers with high volume feet.

C.A.S. SHELL
The C.A.S. Shell has an anatomical shape that matches the shape of the foot. This allows for a better out-of-the box initial fit. The dimples on the shell offer less surface tension and facilitate heating, making customizing the shell easier. The shell retains the new shape better and longer.

C.A.S. LINER
C.A.S. has revolutionized ski boots with regards to fit and personalization. The liners are anatomically shaped for optimal comfort and offer great heel hold. The internal part of the liner is shaped to match the foot while the exterior matches and conforms to the shape of the shell. The dual density micro-cell material is durable and easy to customize. The C.A.S. liners are less prone to pack-out maintaining the fit over a longer period of time.

LINER CUSTOMIZATION

Liner in the oven: 80°C-176°F / 8 minutes. - PUNCHING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material can be heated and punched in problem fit areas. - GRINDING (INCREASE VOLUME)
Microcell material is easily grindable up to 2 mm in problem fit areas. - FIT KIT (DECREASE VOLUME)
Glue the C.A.S. Fit Kit pre-shaped pieces to decrease the volume of the liner.

DRIVE PRECISION
The T-Drive dynamic carbon connector creates a longer lever arm compared to traditional ski boots. This allows:
- Quicker edge to edge transitions.
- Increased lateral power and stability.
- Edge drive precision.
PERFORMANCE EFFICIENCY
The T-Drive Technology creates a stronger and more effective connection between the cuff and the shell, that supports the boot flex and avoids plastic deformation. This means reduced energy dissipation and a more efficient power transmission.
ENHANCED COMFORT
Comfort comes from many places in the new Mach1 MV. The T-Drive technology provides a progressive flex regardless of temperatures, keeping the shape unchanged and a more consistent fit. The T-Drive support also allows the use of softer plastics, without compromising performances but making the boots easier to get on and off.
MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM
QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials.
This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.
LIFT LOCK BUCKLES
Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don't catch while getting in or out of your boots.
POWER LOCK STRAP
The Power Lock strap provides perfect control and more precise power transmission. The hook eliminates the need to open the strap completely, saving you time.
QUICK INSTEP
Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
