The best all round ‘Nordic Mountain Touring’ ski from Sporten. Waxless MgE base. A great ’travelling’ ski. The full-length steel edges and Nordic camber make this one of the most suitable skis for traditional hut to hut trips, including mountain ascents. 68mm at the tip and 60mm underfoot the dimensions are wide enough for breaking trail in deep snow yet not too wide for lighter backcountry touring boots. Suitable too for touring in undulating terrain. The steel edge gives a significant advantage over the non-edged ski when the snow is icy. Robust construction of laminated wood and fibreglass.
