We’re looking for a Senior Bike Technician to lead from the bench and keep our workshop running smoothly through a busy, multi-season environment.
This is a full-time, year-round role (preferred) for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a tight, experienced team.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-level repairs & services including suspension work, wheel building and e-bike diagnostics
- Help manage workflow, queue, and workload to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Detailed service writing and bookings
- Act as a role model - supporting, training, and mentoring other staff
- Assist with rental fleet maintenance
- Support parts department restocking and orders management
- Contribute to efficiency improvements (workflow, shop layout, systems)
- Collaborate across service, floor, ecom, and rentals as needed
- Communicate clearly with management, reps, and service providers
- Assist with opening/closing duties and general shop operations
- Keep the vibe high!
What You Bring
- Ideally 3+ years of professional bike mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic ability and problem-solving skills
- Confidence across all modern bike systems
- Friendly, approachable and passionate about biking!
- Ability to prioritize and maximize efficient use of time
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Strong communication and team-first mindset
Nice to Have
- Wheel building experience
- Suspension servicing experience
- Experience in a high-volume shops
- Leadership or mentorship experience
The Role
- Full-time hours, year-round preferred
- Ski tech training available for winter (tuning, mounts, etc.)

Starting wage $23.00+/hr. Wage will be aligned with the candidate's experience and capabilities.
