The Dozer 2D is a larger version of our Dozer 1T design. Perfect for snow safety professionals who dig pits day in and day out, or those who prefer a larger blade for shoveling more snow. The larger D-grip handle offers control and comfort for frequent digging. Featuring a low-profile stompable blade, cored out handle, and ovo-concave shaft.

Our ovo-concave shovel shaft is the first of its kind, designed to prevent breakage while prying. Inspired by our legendary D-2 EXT “Dozer” shovel, we’ve taken our groundbreaking oval design and added a concave radius on both sides to make it even stronger, without adding weight. Like a high-end lacrosse stick, this shape also enables better grip in the palm, reducing slippage while shoveling. All BCA extendable models are designed to meet the UIAA standard for avalanche rescue shovels.
