ECOMMERCE ORDER FULFILLMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Part-time (25 hours), Permanent
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Efficient order management and record-keeping
- Ensuring the quality of goods shipped
- Packing orders in a manner that ensures their integrity throughout external shipping networks
- Proper use of our POS/shipping programs and customer service modalities
- Meticulous attention to data quality and the integrity of inventory
- Liaising with customers, assessing their needs and providing quotes upon request
- Ensure the confidentiality of customer and business data
- Maintain professional and effective communication with eCom support departments: service, sales, warehousing and inventory.
- Complete returns, refunds, exchanges and order cancellations
- Monitor and troubleshoot shipping issues and customer concerns that may arise, and work to solve them
- Carry out data quality and optimization projects
- Other Roles & Responsibilities: Inventory counts, and may be required to support the management team in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Amazing attention to detail and organizational skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Work independently, but also be a flexible team player
- Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets at a basic level.
- Knowledge of Lightspeed POS is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong communication skills
- The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about mountain bikes, ski equipment and/or other outdoor activities and gear

Wage: $20-23/hr, aligned with the candidate's experience and capabilities
